Nothing like getting back a 12-24 tile as a return that was returned in a 6×6 cut… i took it up to CS and asked them to scan this and tell me what size its supposed to be…

CS..it says its a 12×24…..

Me.. so i say.. k so whats wrong with this picture..(as im holding this 6×6 cut tile in front of me)….
